German chamomile tincture

Chamomile (matriarch chamomilla) is a beautiful white flowered plant that likes to grow
 in full sun and well drained soil. 
Today many people enjoy the relaxation effects a cup of tea brings. 
Chamomile has many wonderful uses. In the past it was used to help hay fever, inflammation, muscle spasms, menstrual disorders, insomnia, ulcers Gastrointestinal disorders and much more. 
Those with asthma should not consume German Chamomile.
